Banjo is a gorgeous black and white terrier mix of about 11 mos. I see some boston in there and not sure what else. But what ever it is it is a sweet combination! She is rather calm, happy, likes to play with toys and ball. Hails from Alabama. She was in an accident and her right back leg was broken, now completely healed with pins and screws compliments of Auburn Vet School. She loves to run and play. We think she may have been hit by a car, as moving vehicles do tend to spook her a bit and we are working on overcoming that. She acquired a soft tissue injury to her rt front leg after she got here, but xrays determined nothing broken and we chalked it up to playing too much. She is doing much better with it now as she was holding it up before. Now seems to be back to normal. Banjo loves other dogs, knows sit, shake, working on down. She is a very gentle girl, listens well to people, takes corrections well and wants to be right in the eyes of her peeps. Very nice temperamented girl. She will be a great girl for moderate activities, and can actually do with some physical exercise to build up her muscles. Does well in a crate, walks well on lead. Currently living with two parrots and we are working on accepting a rabbit. All in all a wonderful dog for a family, good with kids, and said to be good with cats also.
