Rascal is lab/heeler? mix who is 2 years old and 39lbs, he is neutered, utd.  Rascal is a bit shy at first and needs time to get to know you.  Rascal loves attention once he warms up to you.   Rascal needs a gentle and understanding touch and does not care to be grabbed by the collar.  Rascal gets along well with most dogs.  Unknown with cats.  Rascal is showing some interest in toys and has began to wade in the kiddie pool.   He is not a barker.
