Sahara comes to us from an Alabama shelter, where she was in grave danger of being euthanized due to her heartworm positive status. She is not symptomatic at all and is light positive on restest. We will be doing slow kill with her. She has LOTS of energy, very stout and well muscled and around 30 pounds, so not too big. She is very smart aand takes correction very well. Gets along fabulously with other dogs, and plays all day if allowed. She is showing signs of wanting to play with toys, and is bringing the ball back to you. Quite lovely dog, rides well in a car, crate trained, housebroken spayed and current on all shots. If you are looking for an active companion, this is the girl for you.
