This adorable little guy is just 8 weeks old! Rascal is working on his paper training, which is going really well. There are cats and a medium size dog in his foster home that he thinks are just "groovy"! Playing with toys and snuggling on the couch are his favorite pastimes. He is looking for a home with no small children due to his size, he only weighs 3 1/2 pounds. Could he be you new snuggle pal?
