This is Sage, a beautiful 4 yr old Aussie/BC cross from a high kill shelter in Ga., where she was picked up as a stray. She is an awesome dog!!! Quiet and well mannered inside and out, housetrained, spayed, knows sit, down, stand, come and a ...few extras like roll over. She can catch a piece of kibble in mid air no matter how high you throw it!! I thought she was very reserved until I took her out and played ball and frisbee with her. She lit up like a Christmas tree!! Very fast and animated, she can catch a frisbee, and does bring it back to you,waiting for you to throw again!! She stays on the outside of the pack and plays separately with the dogs, not in group play. Loves to cuddle, yes she gets on the couch:). Loves her crate, is not food or toy aggressive. She would be a great addition to an active family, loves kids, ok with cats. She would love to find a forever home for Christmas!! Sage went to obedience class today. Jumped right in the car and rode shot gun like a trooper!! Showed no fear in the building, was interested in meeting the other dogs.Sage is very treat/food motivated and picked up heeling in no time. She is relluctant to come to you,and does so with her head down, but we will work on making that a fun thing. Overall she did great today, someone will be very lucky to get this wonderful girl!!
