Little Violet is in need of a home.. Little Violet is deaf.  Her family feels she needs a better opportunity for training and home life, and has offered to foster her in Loxahatchee until an appropriate home is found. We all want what is best for this girl. 
The information: Violet is 4 mo old and 12 pounds.. She will not be a big heeler girl. She has had all age appropriate shots and worming. She is on heartworm prevention. She is great with kids, all people and other dogs.
What she needs: She needs a home with heeler savvy people, and folks that have some experience with deaf dogs. While this is a very endearing face, this is a real cattle dog, and those traits may emerge at some point. So what we are saying, dont respond just because of the cuteness overload. We want serious applications, heeler experience and some knowledge of deaf dogs or the ability /connections/finances to work with a trainer or train her yourself.. Deaf heelers are not uncommon, and there are many resources out there.
