Sadie is a sweet and energetic girl looking to be close to her humans as much as possible. She’s happiest sitting next to anyone willing to pet her. She does need quite a bit of exercise, with potential to be a great running partner, farm companion, or member of an otherwise active family. She is still working on some basic manners and leash training, but loves any chance to earn treats. While she is friendly with other dogs, she would do best in a home alone or with other young and energetic dogs, as her eagerness to play may be a little overwhelming for older or more mellow dogs. She has met children with previous dog experience and been gentle, but is still working on not jumping when she gets excited. She is also working on crate training, but prefers a home where someone can be  with her the majority of the day due to her needs for companionship. She is doing well with potty training and is ready to be a great addition to a forever home!
