Bailey is a pretty girl, approx. 2 years old,  35 pound red heeler mix, medium to high energy and needs someone with heeler experience. Friendly to all people, men or women; attaches easily to her person.  She loves to play with another dog, she plays chase style ,loves to chase balls and catches most in mid-air.She is an avid swimmer and could easily do dock diving!! She is also adept at frisbee!. We see her in an active home, enjoying fun outings with her family. Hiking, biking, jogging partner or kayaking partner would be on her list!  No cats for Bailey.  She's very sweet, loyal, smart and appreciates a good tummy rub.  She is crate trained but doesnt really care for the crate..She would do well with someone that is home most of the time. She does bark for a few minutes, when you leave, and she will need to be crated when you are gone for long periods.  She has been to several obedience classes, knows sit, stand, down takes a little work. Walks well on lead. Doesnt bother with the other dogs. She has a submissive demeanor with people but has a tough cattledog shell on the outside.   she's willing to listen and learn, a quick study. She is a fast runner and player  a fenced yard would be best for her. As with any cattle dogs we recommend older children only. She is not a jumper on people. She does like to sleep with you at night.   She is a love bug and would do well as a single dog but does love the cameraderie and play time of another similar dog. She is NOT a dog park dog, and will need a different outlet for exercise than that   Bailey is up to date on vaccines, spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped and been kept on flea, tick, heartworm prevention. She is available and is in the Bradenton area waiting for her forever home..
