Balou is incoming into rescue and needs a foster/foster to adopt home. Balou’s owner passed away and so was taken into custody by the shelter. It was found out that he lived his entire life in a wire crate in horrendous and dirty conditions, only being removed for breeding.   Balou is approx. 5 years old, 65 lbs. The shelter has worked with him to become more socialized due to his past. Balou is dog-friendly and seeks love and attention from humans.  He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative and microchipped.
