Daisy is an approximately three-year-old, 19-lb Australian cattle dog mix, currently being fostered in Manatee County, Florida. When we saw her online, we knew we had to help her. Daisy was absolutely terrified at the shelter. Thankfully, after many months with her wonderful foster, she has settled in, and her true personality has begun to shine. Now Daisy runs like the wind with springs in her legs. This girl is high energy when she’s not curled up sleeping. She has an average temperament. She can be shy and cautious with strangers at first, but she then becomes very friendly and wants lots of pets. Daisy does have a loud bark! She has played well with the dogs in her foster home; however, she has not yet met any cats. Daisy rides well in the car. She walks well on leash, and she would benefit from additional training to help with her confidence. She is spayed, crate trained, and has been treated for heart worms. Daisy requires a home with a fenced-in yard.
