Newton is an approximate 9 week old blue heeler mix; his mom is a heeler mix and dad is unknown. He is incoming to rescue on 3/10 and needs a foster to adopt home.  Newton is healthy and has been given age appropriate vaccines.  His foster to adopt home needs to have knowledge of the heeler breed and have dog experience as an adult.  Also, he requires an active home wherein he will not be left for a lot of time during the day.
