Everyone meet Festive/Rein! She is a playful, energetic, beautiful pup who we believe to be about a year old. She would do best in a family with lots of energy and preferably other dogs. Rein has lots of energy but is as sweet and gentle as they come. She would benefit from some training but overall is well behaved and picks things up quickly. She is almost fully potty trained and sleeps well in her crate at night. Reinis a bit timid of people, but is a total sweetheart who will lavish you with love. She does seem to have a bit of a prey drive- squirrels are her favorite! She does seem to get along fine with her kitty foster brother though (though she can be curious at times ). She is light heartworm positive, which the rescue will be responsible for her treatment. The rescue is considering slow-kill heartworm treatment for her and the adopter would need to commit to her medical follow ups and following the heartworm protocol.
