Who doesn’t love chocolate? Especially when it’s Hazel, a four-month-old, 22-lb chocolate lab mix currently being fostered in Winter Garden, FL (Orange County). This spunky girl loves to play all the time, especially with the toys that go squeak! She enjoys her time in the puppy pool as well as playing with the other dogs in her foster home. She can be a bit bossy with smaller dogs, and the ideal home for Hazel includes another big dog and a fenced-in yard. Hazel is definitely a Velcro puppy and will want to be by your side all the time. She can bark loudly and would do best in a home where she is not left alone for long periods. Hazel is working on her potty training and learning about what things are appropriate to chew. She is crate-trained and will sleep through the night, but at 7:30 am she’ll be awake and ready to eat some puppy food! She is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines. Her adoption donation is $400. In addition, she will go home on a spay/neuter contract that will require an additional $50 refundable deposit. Once proof of alteration is received within the specified time frame, that deposit will be refunded.
