We are actively looking for a Florida based foster or foster-to-adopt home for Sadie Lou. She is currently located in Sunset, Louisiana and we would like to get her moved over to a Florida foster so she can find her forever home. Sadie is a 1 year old Australian Cattle dog mix. She also goes by Sadie Lou when it’s time to play! This girl definitely has the potential to be an agility dog. Whether it be dock diving, Frisbee catching, lure chasing or agility coursing! With the right trainer and training, she can be anything! She learns very quickly. She scales the 3 foot dog gate, but can’t quite get over the 4 foot gate. Sadie gets along with everyone, all dogs and cats. She’s a little shy when meeting new people but warms up quickly. She’ll make a phenomenal companion for someone, her foster considers her a very special girl. She’s mellow, she’s sweet and competitive. All this girl wants to do is please her person. Sadie is spayed, crate-trained, house-trained, up-to-date on shots and preventatives. We are a foster-based rescue organization with foster homes throughout the state of Florida. We predominantly save dogs from municipal shelters throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our rescue dogs live in foster homes - there is no central facility.
