We are a foster-based rescue organization with foster homes throughout the state of Florida. We predominantly save dogs from municipal shelters throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our rescue dogs live in foster homes - there is no central facility. Nia is available for adoption. She is currently being fostered in Tarpon Springs, FL (Pinellas County).  She was a part of a litter estimated to have been born 3/14/19. These babies were rescued from animal control at only 3 weeks old and required bottle feeding for a couple weeks until they started eating food on their own. We think Nia is likely a Beagle/Border Collie mix. She is a s oft, gentle  4 and a half month old Beagle Mix. She is a bundle of love, and ready to share that love with her new forever home. She loves everything puppies love, running in the ferns, eating, cuddling with her humans and bugging the heck out of the other dogs. She loves them even when they tell her "enough". For her puppy age, she actually acts pretty laid back for the most part, loves running and playing but also LOVES napping. She's been doing great with leash training and already knows "sit", she's progressing really well with housetraining too. Nia is already sleeping through the night entirely and is crate trained. 
She is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and preventives, and microchipped. Nia will go home on a spay contract - once proof of spay is submitted within the specified timeframe, $50 of the adoption donation can be refunded.
