We are a foster-based rescue organization with foster homes throughout the state of Florida. We predominantly save dogs from municipal shelters throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our rescue dogs live in foster homes - there is no central facility. Nero is fostered in Dade City, FL (Pasco County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families. Nero is a male Australian cattle dog mix of 7-8 months and 33 lbs. Everyone who meets him falls in love. He is great with other dogs, but true to his breed can be pushy/mouthy with kids. Nero is energetic and will need plenty of activity. He does need a secure, physically-fenced yard and ideally needs to go to a home with another playful dog. Nero is neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and preventives, and microchipped.
