Karma is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Karma is currently fostered in Bradenton, FL (Manatee County).

Karma is a very sweet rat terrier mix. She is all of 17 pounds and has a very slight build. She tends to have a dominant nature with other dogs, but gets along with most and does respond to verbal corrections easily. She is motion activated, and when dogs are running she likes to chase. She would do best in a home with another well-balanced dog or as a single dog. In her current foster home she plays with most of the smaller dogs her size, and is suitable for pairing with another good-natured terrier-type dog. She does like toys but is not overly toy motivated. That may change as she settles in, as she is still adjusting to her new foster home. She loves people and will follow you around. Will readily sleep with you, can be a lap dog. Walks great on lead. Has a submissive nature with people. Not barky or really jumpy either. She is crate trained and housebroken. She has not been tested yet for some performance abilities, but could possibly do well in barn hunt or lure coursing as she does have prey drive. More pictures available on request.
