Odie is fostered in Ocala, FL (Marion County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters!

Odie is a 2-year-old border collie mix of about 35 lbs. He is a sweet, loving guy who is all about his people. He is very friendly toward all people and dogs, but since his foster does not have kids or cats we are unsure how he would do with them.

Odie had an older injury to his leg when he came into rescue. He is healed but will always have a slight limp. He needs restricted activity, so no agility or other sports - but swimming, hikes and walks would be great for him. The orthopedic specialist says he will need a smaller fenced yard, like in a suburban home - not 20 acres where he can over-exert himself. He is looking for the right family or person to give him an awesome forever home!

Odie is crate trained and nearly housebroken. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative.
