Zander is fostered in Largo (Pinellas County). Zander is a 10-week-old border collie mix male who is loving and playful. He and his littermates are all about 14 lbs and will be large dogs. When he sits at your feet, he barks to say, "hey, pick me up!" These pups can go home with spay/neuter contracts - when they are altered at 6 months of age and proof is submitted, $50 of their adoption contract can be refunded.
