Zephyr is fostered in Largo (Pinellas County). Zephyr is a 10-week-old border collie mix male who is easygoing and laid back. He and his littermates are all about 14 lbs and will be large dogs. He loves playing with his siblings and also being held and cuddled. When it is time for bed, he hangs back hoping you will let him stay up! These pups can go home with spay/neuter contracts - when they are altered at 6 months of age and proof is submitted, $50 of their adoption contract can be refunded.
