Gary is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters! Gary is currently fostered in Seminole, FL (Pinellas County).

Gary is an about 5-year-old dog of about 60 lbs. He is in need of a home that will make sure proper introductions are given with strangers. Gary could be a wonderful dog for a single girl and home protection, but he will need a proper introduction to any and all boyfriends or visitors to the home. If you are having a cocktail party, put Gary in his crate in a room without the disturbances of strangers and liquor.

Gary does fine with cats and should have a proper, controlled introduction with other dogs, and care taken during the first two weeks to make sure he feels secure in his new home. Gary is currently fostered with a behaviorist who can apprise you of his training routine and any special needs he has.

Gary is extremely obedient and always wanting to please. We think he is a Plott hound/boxer mix as he moves like a boxer and uses his feet. Gary is ready to join a family that understands he needs plenty of exercise, patience and love! He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, heartworm negative and microchipped.
