Elmo is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters! Elmo is currently fostered in Dade City.


Elmo is a 4-year-old, 57 lb boy out of a central Florida shelter. He is a very gentle, sweet soul. He gets along with other dogs great. He is well mannered. He is not a big barker. He has picked up the doggy door quickly. He is neutered, up-to-date, heartworm negative and microchipped. Even though Elmo is a bigger boy, he is the kind of dog you can take with you anywhere due to his good nature and great manners. He is crate trained. Elmo is a low to medium energy boy who just wants love. We recommend no young kids for Elmo as he is a bit unsure of them. Elmo is jumpy with loud noises, so he requires a kind, gentle person.
