Reba is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters! Reba is currently fostered in St. Pete.

 

Reba is a little cattle dog mix, she is quite special! She survived Parvo at 5 weeks old! She is a real sweetie!

Puppies/Dogs that have been infected with Parvo should not be homed with dogs who are not vaccinated or who are immune compromised (Commonly senior pets). Puppies/Dogs that have been infected with Parvo should not go to any dog parks or communal dog areas outdoors until the 6 months after they have been free of Parvo. New puppies/dogs that are not completely vaccinated for Parvo MUST NOT be introduced to the home until after the 6 month shedding period of the virus. Parvo virus does not typically carry any residual effects once the pet had recovered however, some stomach irritation may remain and a special diet may be needed.
