This is Lady Love, and that is just what she is! Great temperament, a real looker, loves people, older children, and can be dominant with other dogs. At 5 yrs old, she is a very very sweet girl! She loves to snuggle with you. Has a very independent nature and is very catlike. Affectionate when she wants to be. Loves squeaky toys and balls but needs heavy duty ones. Has quite a bit of prey drive, loves to chase birds, lizards, and she would not hesitate to kill a snake and ask questions later. She is a fairly active dog, would be great for a companion jogger or hiker. Capable of agility and other dog sports also. Would excel in barn hunt. Needs a fenced yard please, and no small toddlers, as she is very food motivated and is still learning to take food like a LADY... She is housebroken, uses a dog door. Crate trained, knows basic commands. Walks well on lead. Can be stubborn selectively. Needs a take-charge owner, otherwise she will run your life. Yodels, does not bark. we think there is some basenji in there. If you are fair and firm with her, this is a dog that will do anything for you!
