Alicia is fostered in Cooper City, FL (Broward County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters. Alicia is a 5-month-old puppy who is all herder. She and her siblings were DNA tested and the results were 90-95% border collie and 5-10% Australian cattle dog. Alicia is high energy, and her new home will need to be border collie-savvy and will need a fenced in area for her to run, exercise and train in. She would do best in an active home where running, hiking or sports are a daily part of life. Her family absolutely must commit to taking her to classes. Alicia shows drive for herding ducks and chasing lizards, but does not seem very interested in chasing a ball or playing fetch. She is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventives, microchipped, and will be spayed prior to adoption. Alicia is sweet and loving, and just looking for the right home!
